Are you tired of worrying about sweating under your arms? Are you constantly thinking about the embarrassing wet spots under your arms? There are some things you can do to prevent underarm wetness.
First of all, you need to make sure to shower using deoderant soap. This may seem like a no-brainer, but I want to be sure to cover all of the bases! If you need to shower more than once a day, just do it. The peace of mind is worth it.
After your shower, use a deoderant with 20 percent aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex. This is supposed to be the highest amount of this you can get over the counter. Apply liberally. Let dry. Then repeat.
Keep your underarms shaven. Yes, men can do this. Or, if you don’t want to, make sure you keep the hairs trimmed. Hair traps the moisture and odors.
Learn some relaxation techniques such as deep breathing. If you become too stressed about anything, including your armpit sweat, you will just sweat more. Teach yourself to relax.
In your efforts to prevent underarm wetness, you should always wear an undershirt to your destination and put on your dress shirt when you arrive. You can apply a very light dusting of powder to your body and armpits from time to time to relieve moisture problems. You can stop sweating or greatly reduce the amount you sweat with a little effort.
